Start-up
• Please select, in which application (e.g. climate
control and/or security) you would like to use the
device.
• In the app, give the device a name and allocate
it to a room.
Do not yet place the cover (A).

Installation

You can use either
• the double-sided adhesive strips or
• countersunk head screws
to mount the device to a wall or a window/door frame.
Do not install the cover (A) until assembly and in-
stallation are complete.
5.2.1

Adhesive strip mounting

Make sure that the mounting surface is smooth,
solid, non-disturbed, free of dust, grease and sol-
vents and not too cold to ensure long-time ad-
herence.
For mounting the device with adhesive strips, please pro-
ceed as follows:
• Attach the double-sided adhesive strips to the
back side of the electronics unit (F) (see figure 3).
• Press the device with the back side to the desired
