CALIBRATION
The ACE KETOSCAN mini must be calibrated after every
300 tests. From the 300th test onwards, you will always
receive a message in the app reminding you to send in
the device for a calibration service.
After the 320th test, the device is locked and a calibrat
ion must then be carried out to ensure the accuracy of
the integrated sensor. In addition, the calibration main
tains the 1year warranty on the sensor. You can send
the device for calibration to the service address given
under www.ketoscan.de.
We recommend sending it as a parcel, so that in cases
of loss an inquiry or proof of delivery is possible.
SENSOR REPLACEMENT SERVICE
The ACE KETOSCAN mini has a sensor that can be
used up to 320 times to obtain accurate and stable
measurement results. The sensor replacement service,
where the sensor is completely recalibrated after repla
cement, is a special care solution. It allows you to use
the device like a new one for a long time and avoid
replacing the entire device.
When you connect to the KEOTSOCAN app, the app will
recommend you three (3) times to use the sensor repla
cement service from the time the device has reached
300 tests.
You can find a contact that offers the corresponding
service in the „Service Centre" menu in the KETOSCAN
app. Contact the nearest service centre or the shop
where you bought the device to order the service or
have it carried out.
