Action / Feature
- Sets the showed probe on display between Air and Load probe
- Shows the Maximum recorded temperature related to the showed
running probe.
Scrolling UP options.

- Shows the Minimum recorded temperature related to the showed
running probe.
Scrolling DOWN options.

- Press for 5 seconds to access Menu functions.
Pressed with ENTER for 5 seconds, turns ON and OFF the controller.

Pressed with MUTE alarm for 5 seconds, parameters class "C"

(Configuration) are accessed.
- Pressed for 5 seconds performs a reset of both the Air and Load
maximum and minimum temperatures.
Press to turn on the light. (if applicable i.e. light fitted)

- It will stay on for 30 seconds and will go off automatically after this
time.
Press to Mute the alarm buzzer

Pressed for 5 seconds. Parameters class "F" (frequent) are accessed.

Pressed with SERVICE for 5 seconds, parameters class "C"
