LOCATION
The appliance should be placed far away from sources of heat, such as radiators, boilers,
direct sunlight, etc. Make sure that the air can circulate freely at the back of the refrigerator. If
the appliance is placed under an overhanging wall cabinet, the minimum distance between the
top of the appliance and the wall cabinet must be at least 50 mm to ensure optimum
performance. Ideally, however, the appliance should not be placed under an overhanging wall
cabinet. Accurate levelling is ensured by one or more adjustable feet at the base of the
appliance.
This refrigerator is not intended for use as a built-in appliance.
WARNING!
It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the power supply; for this reason,
the plug must remain easily accessible after installation.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Before plugging in the power cord, make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated on the
type plate match your household power supply. The appliance must be earthed. The plug of
the power supply cable is provided with a contact for this purpose. If the socket of your
household power supply is not earthed, the appliance must be earthed in accordance with
current regulations. A qualified electrician should be consulted for this purpose.
