Switching on/off / Selecting a heat setting

After you have plugged the appliance into the mains, you can switch it on
with the level switch

After you have selected a heat level, the respective LED
indicating that the appliance is heating up.
As soon as the selected temperature is reached, the LED
permanently.
Automatic switch-off
This appliance is fitted with an automatic switch-off system. After 30 minutes,
the appliance will switch itself off automatically. After around 25 minutes, the

about to switch off automatically. If you want to continue using the appliance,
switch it off for a moment and then back on again.

The automatic switch-off is a safety function only and is not intended as a re-
placement for switching the appliance off properly using the level switch
Styling – straightening
For straightening, the hair should be dry and free of styling products. This does
not apply to products designed to promote the straightening process or protect
the hair from the effects of heat.
The appliance is heated up to the desired level and the hair is combed and free
of knots.

Separate individual strands.

Twist a strand around the styling brush
on the type of hair) from the roots to the tips. While doing so, curl the styling

Proceed the same way with the other strands.

Once you are finished styling, turn the level switch
