For Android, open the SoFlow App, connect your scooter, and then touch NFC to lock or unlock it.
For iOS, except operating as Android you also need click the notification shown as below to lock or unlock your scooter.

Whenever you drive the SO3 2nd GEN/ SO3 PRO you risk serious injury or death from collisions, falls or loss of control. To drive safely, YOU MUST READ AND FOLLOW
ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS IN THIS MANUAL.
