WARNING: Don't insert the power wire until the treadmill was fully assembled.
Assembly tips:
1.In order to avoid instruction mistake, do not tighten bolt completely until the whole treadmill assembly is finished.
1．Assembly of left upright tube
1.1Install left upright tube (4) to base frame (3) by using two sets half-round bolt M8*55(A7) and M8*65(A8) on the
side.
1.2 In the rear, use one piece of half-round bolt M8*20(A5) and 1piece flat washer φ8(C3) to connect. (As Figure 1
shown).
2．Assembly of right upright tube
2.1Thread the Signal wire (55) from Base frame to
the upper end of the Right upright tube and fix it.
2.2Install the Right upright tube(5) to the Base
frame(3) by using two sets Half-round bolt
M8*55(A7) and Half-round bolt M8*65(A8) on the
side.
2.3In the rear, use one piece of Half-round bolt
M8*20(A5) and one piece Flat washer φ8(C3) to
connect. (As Figure 2 shown).
3. Assembly of handlebar and controller
3.1Connect the signal wire(55) from right upright tube with the one (56)
from handle bar and the one the controller (6), then insert to the upright
tube
3.2 Use four sets of Half-round M10*20(A10) , Spring
washerφ10（C11）and Flat washer φ10（C4）to connect the upright tubes to the controller (As Figure 3 shown)
4. Assembly of tablet PC holder
4.1 Align the holder with the turnable pedestal, then connect them by
using four sets of Cross pan head bolt (A16), Spring washerφ4（C9）
and Flat washer φ4（C1）(As Figure 4 shown).
