13. Trouble shooting
Symptom
Fluid leaks at the gap
between the valve
block and the valves
Fluid is leaking
between the discharge
tube and the valve

Possible cause
- Valves loose or damaged
- Discharge tube is loose
or damaged
- Wrong discharge tube
used
- Device not primed
- Suction tube loose
- Suction tube or retainer
ring damaged

Solution
- Tighten valves with the wrench or replace
if necessary (see point 10) Note: After
sterilization (see point 9), suction/discharge
/recirculation valves need to be tightened.
- Mount the original discharge tube correctly
(see point 6.2).
- Use only the original discharge tube.
- Prime the device (see point 7.2).
- Tighten suction tube (see point 6.1).
- Replace suction tube (see accessories
spare parts point 15).
