Hinweis!
Gegebenenfalls kann der Kolben durch
seitliches Schieben von der Zahnstange
entfernt werden.
- Kolben (auf Beschädigungen der
Dichtlippen überprüfen (gegebenen
falls austauschen) und) zu den unter
8.1 aufgelisteten Teilen in die Rein-
igungslösung legen.
- Zylinder mit Bürste und Reinigungs-
lösung reinigen und mit Spüllösung
nachspülen.
- Kolben, Zahnstange, Ventilblock und
Zylinder wieder einbauen:
- Kolben auf Zahnstange aufschieben.
Zum Einbau die Zahnstange so ausrichten, dass
die Verzahnung zum Sichtfenster zeigt und unter
Drehen der Handräder nach hinten (Füll-Richtung)
die Zahnstange in das Getriebe einführen.

Please note:
If necessary, piston and toothed rack
can be separated by sliding the piston
of the rack.
- Check piston for damage on the sea-
ling lips (exchange if needed), then
place piston into cleaning solution as
described in section 8.1.
- Clean cylinder with brush and cleaning
solution, then rinse with rinsing solution.
- Reassemble piston, toothed rack, valve block and
cylinder.
- Slide piston onto toothed rack.
For reassembly, align the toothed rack in such a
way, that the teeth face the view glass. Then turn
the hand wheels in the Fill direction and guide the
rack into the gears.
- Place upper section of the device onto the valve block
with cylinder. The arrow on the upper part must align
