11 Replacement parts

Purchase replacement parts from an authorised dealer or a specialised swimming pool shop.

11.1 Ordering replacement parts

When ordering replacement parts, be sure to give the following information:
System type
Factory no.
Pump type
Valve size
Year of construction
You can find the correct designations and item numbers in the Technical illustrations index.
Has the filter been backwashed correctly?
Is the manometer in order?
Has the filter material been hardened?
Are the chlorine and pH value in order?
Is the filter system the correct size?
Is the circulation time sufficient?
Has the filter been backwashed correctly?
Is the supply pipe to the swimming pool leakproof?
Is the backwash valve in order?
Is the drain plug leakproof?
