Installation and first start-up

5.1 General

Have you read and understood this instruction manual – particularly chapter 2, Safety?
Do not activate the filter tank before you have.
•
The filter tank may be damaged.
•
Do not step on the filter tank.
Only carry out maintenance and cleaning work when the shut-off valves are closed in both water
circuits!
•
Bleed the air from both water circuits.

NOTE
Installation and first start-up should only be carried out by an installation
mechanic!
•
Work on the electrical equipment may only be carried out
by electricians!
•
The electrical equipment in the system must be inspected regularly.
•
Loose connections and damaged components must be secured
or replaced immediately.
WARNING
Danger to life as a result of faulty installation and first start-up!
Errors during installation may lead to life-threatening situations
or cause significant material damage.
Only carry out maintenance and cleaning work when the system is switched
off.
CAUTION
The system must not be connected to the drinking water supply network!
NOTE
We recommend designing the room height in such a way that there is at least
1m of free space between the filter tank and the ceiling.
You need to leave 0.6 m all around it for maintenance and repair work.
The absorption capacity of the floor drain and channel must be at least equal
to the pump output.
