2.3 Sources of danger and other risks

If the max. operating pressure of 2.5 bar or operating temperature of 40°C are exceeded, the system may
be damaged. The filter tank must not be operated in environments with a temperature below 5°C.
Work may only be carried out on the whole system if the system is shut down and the flow and return
valves are closed. The pump may be damaged.
The filter system may only be put into operation if it is ensured that the pump will be continuously supplied
with water during operation. The amount of water must at least match the output capacity of the pump
(see technical data).

In the following section, general risks and other risks resulting from the risk assessment are named.
The safety instructions listed here and the warnings in the other chapters of this manual must be observed
to reduce health risks and avoid dangerous situations.

2.5.1 Delimitation of the components being examined

The examination ends at the sleeve of the filter tank and the connectors. Any other examinations must be
made by the installer / operator / user.

2.5.2 Risk of body parts being crushed or cut off

When mounting or maintaining the filter tank may get caught between the cover and filter tank.

Any work on the tank may only be carried out by a trained specialist
•
The work must be carried out in such a way that no body parts or limbs are trapped/injured.

DANGER
The filter system may only be used:
•
for its intended use.
•
when it is in perfect condition from a safety and technical perspective.
•
In the event of faults which may compromise safety, you must call in
a specialist (electrician or plant mechanic).

DANGER
A sticker with the permitted tightening torque has been attached to the cap
nuts so that the permissible torques cannot be exceeded.
The sticker must not be removed!
DANGER
There is a manometer with the tank which can be used to read the
overpressure in the tank. This must be mounted to the filter cover.
The manometer must not be removed!
