Troubleshooting
If you have any problems with your AUDIOLINE DECT5501+, please check through the
following points. For claims under guarantee, please contact your dealer. The guarantee
period is two years.

No calls can be made
The connection has been
lost
The charging indicator(s)
fail to light.
After a few hours, the
battery symbol in the
display starts to blink.
The display is dark

- Troubleshooting -
The handset is not correct registered. Please repeat
the registering of the handset.
The rechargeable batteries are discharged or
defective.
You are too far from the base station.
The base station is badly located.
Ensure that the handset is correctly placed on the
charger, clean the contact surfaces of the handset
and the charger with a soft, dry cloth.
Place the hand station on the base station and leave
it for ten hours.
If there is no improvement, replace the rechargeable
batteries.
Caused by exposure to direct sunlight. Allow the
handset to cool down.
