Verificare che la spina sia inserita in una presa di corrente con tensione e che l'interruttore principale sia premuto.
Make sure that the plug is inserted in a socket supplying voltage and that the main switch is pressed.
Rivolgersi al centro assistenza.
Contact the service centre.
Decalcificare la macchina come prescritto nel paragrafo dedicato.
Descale the machine as described in the specific paragraph.
Verificare che il serbatoio acqua sia correttamente inserito nel proprio alloggiamento e che l'acqua contenuta sia sufficiente.
Make sure that the water tank is correctly inserted in its housing and that it contains sufficient water.
Verificare che la leva di apertura/chiusura sia completamente chiusa.
Make sure that the open/close lever is fully closed.
Verificare se la pompa eroga acqua: una volta premuto il tasto
funziona correttamente.
Se non si avverte nessuna vibrazione rivolgersi al centro assistenza.
Se si avverte la vibrazione ma non si avvia l' e rogazione del caffè, ripetere l' o perazione 2/3 volte con un intervallo di qualche minuto.
Al termine della procedura, se ancora la macchina non eroga caffè, rivolgersi al centro assistenza.
Check that the pump delivers water: after pressing the
correctly.
If no vibration is felt, contact the service centre.
If the vibration is felt but the machine does not start to deliver coffee, repeat the operation 2/3 times at intervals of a few minutes.
If the machine still does not deliver coffee at the end of this procedure, contact the service centre.

Perform descaling. If the problem persists, contact the service centre.

La forte vibrazione è causata dalla pompa che non riesce a raccogliere acqua in modo adeguato. Ripristinare il corretto livello di acqua
nel serbatoio.
Strong vibrations are caused by the pump that is unable to draw water correctly. Restore the correct water level in the tank.
Verificare che si stia utilizzando una cialda E.S.E. compatibile.
Make sure you are using a compatible E.S.E. pod.
Inserire la cialda E.S.E. orientandola nel modo corretto.
Fit the E.S.E. pod in the correct direction.
Verificare che il cassetto cialde E.S.E. usate non contenga troppe cialde E.S.E. impedendo l'inserimento di una nuova e svuotarlo.
Check whether the used E.S.E. pod holder contains too many used E.S.E. pods and cannot accept any more. Empty it if necessary.
