Anlage freischalten!
Vor Installations-, Wartungs- oder Änderungsarbeiten: Anlage spannungsfrei schalten und vor Wiedereinschalten sichern. Kondensatoren restlos entleeren.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch:
• Das CP-B ist für den Bereich der Industrie und Anlagentechnik konstruiert und entwickelt.
• Die Installation ist ausschließlich von Fachkräften vorzunehmen.
• Wird das CP-B außerhalb vom bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch betrieben, kann der vom CP-B unterstützte Schutz nicht gewährleistet werden.
Vor Inbetriebnahme:
Achtung! Unsachgemäße Installation/Betrieb kann die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen und zu Betriebsstörungen oder zur Zerstörung des Gerätes führen. Vor der
Inbetriebnahme ist Folgendes sicherzustellen:
• Elektrische Verbindungen gemäß den landesspezifischen Vorschriften für Schutzklasse III durchführen.
• Dimensionieren Sie den Leitungsquerschnitt der Zu- und Abgangsleitungen nach EN 62368-1 Tabelle G.5
• Eine Trenneinrichtung für das verwendete Netzteil vorsehen, um das Gerät und die Zuleitungen im Bedarfsfall zu unterbrechen.
• Ausgangsleitungen für den Ausgangsstrom des Puffermoduls dimensionieren und polrichtig anschließen.
• Abstände zu benachbarten Geräten beachten (siehe Abbildung I), um eine ausreichende Kühlung zu gewährleisten.
Hinweise:
• Das Gerät ist ein Einbaugerät und ist für Verschmutzungsgrad 2 ausgelegt. Der Betrieb ist nur in trockenen Räumen und in geschlossenen Schaltschränken
oder Gehäusen zulässig. Die verwendeten Schaltschränke oder Gehäuse müssen den Anforderungen für Gehäuse nach EN 62368-1 entsprechen. Beachten
Sie die Vorgaben für Lüftungsöffnungen.
• Beachten Sie die Begrenzung der Ausgangsleistung nach EN 62368-1 Abschnitt 6.5.3 bzw. Tabelle Q.1 für die Leitungen, die den Raum verlassen.
Warnung!
Für die Versorgung des Gerätes sind ausschließlich SELV- und PELV-Spannungsquellen zulässig. Bei Nichtbeachtung kann es zum elektrischen Schlag mit
Todesfolge kommen.

Im Betrieb:
• Keinerlei Änderungen an der Installation vornehmen! Gefahr von Lichtbögen und elektrischem Schlag (Lebensgefahr)!
• Verbrennungsgefahr: In Abhängigkeit der Betriebsbedingungen kann die Gehäusetemperatur hohe Werte annehmen.
• Löst die interne Sicherung aus, liegt mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Gerätedefekt vor. In diesem Fall ist eine Überprüfung des Gerätes durch den Hersteller
erforderlich.
Achtung: Gespeicherte Energie! Gefährliche Energie am Ausgang!
In dem Gerät befinden sich Bauelemente mit hoher gespeicherter Energie! Deshalb keine Gegenstände in das Gerät einführen und das Gerät nicht öffnen.
Der Ausgang kann gefährlich hohe Energiemengen abgeben. Sicherstellen, dass Bedienpersonal vor versehentlicher Berührung energieführender Teile geschützt ist.

Disconnect system from supply network!
Before any installation, maintenance or modification work: Disconnect the system from the supply network and protect against switching on. Discharge the buffer
module completely.
Intended use:
• The CP-B is designed and developed for the field of industry and plant engineering.
• The installation must be carried out by qualified persons only.
• If the CP-B is operated outside of its intended use, the protection supported by the CP-B cannot be guaranteed.
Before start of operation:
Attention! Improper installation/operation may impair safety and cause operational difficulties or destruction of the unit. Before operation the following must be
ensured:
• Electrical connection must be carried out according to the specific national regulations for class of protection III.
• Dimension the cable cross-section of the input and output cables according to EN 62368-1 table G.5.
• A disconnecting device has to be provided for the power supply used, to disengage unit and supply cables from supply mains if required.
• Rate the output lines for the output current of the buffer module and connect them with the correct polarity.
• In order to ensure sufficient air-cooling the distance to other devices has to be considered (see figure I)
Note:
• The device is a built-in device and is designed for pollution degree 2. Operation is only permitted in dry rooms and in closed control cabinets or housings.
The used cabinets or housings must meet the requirements for housings according to EN62368-1. Observe the specifications for ventilation openings.
• Observe the limitation of the output power according to EN 62368-1 section 6.5.3 or table Q1 for cables leaving the control cabinet or housing.
Warning!
Only SELV or PELV voltage sources are permitted to supply the device. Non-observance can result in fatal electric shock.
In operation:
• Do not modify the installation! Risk of electric arcs and electric shock (danger to life)!
• Risk of burns: Depending on the operation conditions the enclosure can become very hot
• If the internal fuse blows, most probably the device is defective. In this case, an examination of the module by the manufacturer is necessary.
Warning: Stored energy! Energy hazard at output!
The module contains components with high stored energy! Do not introduce any objects into the unit, and do not open the unit.
The output is capable of providing hazardous energy. Ensure that the service personnel is protected against inadvertent contact with parts carrying energy.

Mettre l'installation hors tension!
Avant le début des travaux d'installation, d'entretien ou de modification : mettre l'équipement hors tension et s'assurer qu'il ne peut pas être remis sous tension par
erreur. Décharger les condensateurs complètement.
Utilisation prévue:
• Le CP-B est conçu et développé pour les domaines de l'industrie et l'ingénierie de sites industriels.
• L'installation doit être effectuée par des personnels qualifiés seulement.
• Si le CP-B est utilisé en dehors de son utilisation prévue, la protection supportée par le CP-B ne peut être garantie.
Avant la mise en service:
Attention! Une installation non adaptée peut diminuer la sécurité, provoquer des disfonctionnements et amener la destruction du module. Avant la mise en service
il faut veiller aux points suivants:
• Le raccordement électrique doit être effectué en conformité avec les prescriptions appliquées dans le pays concerné pour la classe de protection III
• Dimensionner les sections de câbles d'entrées et de sorties en conformité à EN 62368-1 table G.5.
