CLEANING
WARNING!!
DO NOT spray the oven with a water jet.
Daily
1. Saturate a cloth with light oil. Wipe the oven
exterior when it is cold. Dry the oven with a
clean cloth.
2. Clean stainless surfaces with a non-toxic in-
dustrial stainless steel cleaner. Apply the
cleaner when the oven is cold, and always rub
with the grain of the metal.
3. Brush residue from beneath doors.
Weekly
1. Brush oven cavity, control area and cooling
fans.
REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
Baking Compartment Door
1. Open the oven door.
2. Remove the left corner trim panel and column.
3. Remove the two bolts in the left counter
weight.
4. Remove the retaining rings and door arms.
5. Remove the two bolts in the left hinge assem-
bly.
6. Remove the inner bolt on the right side of the
door. Loosen the outer bolts.
7. Slide the right hinge pin to the left. Note the
number of spacer washers used on the right
hinge pin.
8. Remove the door.
Burner Compartment Door
1. Remove left hand door support arm.
2. Remove the inside bolt on the left hand hinge
pin. Loosen the outer bolt.
3. Pull the left side of the door forward to remove.

Cleaning and Replacement of Parts
Control Stack Assembly
1. Remove thermostat knob, main manual con-
trol valve handle and control panel cover.
2. Open oven door. Remove the thermostat bulb
guard. Straighten out capillary.
3. Disconnect pilot tubing at the safety valve on
the control stack.
4. Open combustion compartment door. Re-
move screws holding the pilot burner to the
bracket on the right hand main burner.
5. Disconnect safety valve capillary from pilot
burner. Remove the pilot burner.
6. Disconnect upper and lower unions on the
control stack.
7. Pull the control stack assembly forward. Dis-
connect thermostat
through the front of the control area.
Main Burner
1. Open combustion compartment door. Re-
move screws holding the pilot burner to the
bracket on the right hand main burner. Move
pilot burner assembly out of the way.
2. Disconnect the union at the manifold.
3. Remove the two bolt holding the burner man-
ifold to the brackets of the burner compart-
ment.
4. Remove the two burner manifold brackets, the
combustion compartment door.
5. Remove first the right, then the left main burn-
ers.
Pilot Burner
1. Open combustion compartment door. Re-
move screws holding the pilot burner to the
bracket on the right hand main burner.
2. Loosen the hex head screw on the pilot burner
bracket. Remove the capillary bulb.
3. Disconnect the gas supply tubing from the pi-
lot burner.
