Instruction manual
Foreword
Read and follow the user manual carefully before
using the machine.
By doing so, you will avoid hazards and accidents,
reduce downtime and repair costs, increase reliability
and service life of your machine.
Notice the safety regulations and safety symbols.
GÜTTLER will not accept any responsibility for any
damage or malfunctions resulting from failure to
comply with the operating instruction.
These instructions will help you in getting to know
your machine and in using it correctly for its
intended purpose. First, you are given general
instructions in handling the machine. The chapter
safety regulations, safety symbols, calibration and
handling, maintenance, use and function and
technical data will follow.
Every person who is going to work with or on the
machine should read the instruction manual and pay
attention to it. For example:

Operation (including preparation, remedying,
of faults in the operating sequence and
servicing)
•
Maintenance (maintenance and inspection)
•
Transportation
The manual includes a parts list and a machine
registration form. Sales representatives or
distributors will instruct you in operation and
servicing of your machine. The machine registration
form is to be returned to GÜTTLER. This confirms
your formal acceptance of the machine. The warranty
period begins on the date of delivery.
Illustrations and information on technical data and
weights in this manual which can be improved are
reserved.
Handling with material defects
Warranty claims must be submitted by your GÜTTLER
sales representatives to GÜTTLER in Kirchheim unter
Teck. It is only possible to process claims which have
been correctly completed and submitted during the
first 4 weeks after the occurrence of the damage.
Use only original spare parts for warranty repairs
(source of supply).
In case of deliveries made under the warranty which
are subject to the return of the old parts, they must
be returned within 4 weeks after the damage
occurred.
In case of deliveries made under the warranty which
are not subject to return of the old parts, these parts
must be kept for the purpose of further decisions for
a period of 3 months after the receipt of the warranty
claim.
Repairs which are going to be made by foreign firms
or which are expected to require more than 2 hours
of repair time must be discussed with GÜTTLER
before.
