Adjustment and operation
Coupling and de-coupling
While connecting and disconnecting the machine to
the hitch of the tractor there is a risk of injury.
Coupling
•
Secure machine against rolling.
•
Pay special attention while driving back with
the tractor. Staying between the tractor and
the machine is prohibited.
•
First attach the lower links, than lock the top
link and the locks of all links
•
Put in the plug for the lights and check the
function.
•
Connect the hydraulic lines.
•
Lift up the machine and put the stands up and
secure them.
•
Check the transport lock and then activate and
secure it .
De-coupling
•
Place the machine only on flat and solid
underground. Before uncoupling the machine
place it on the ground.
•
Pull out the stands and secure them
•
Secure machine against rolling.
•
Check the transport lock and then activate and
secure it.
•
Disconnect the hydraulic lines.
•
Unplug the lights.
•
Release the top link and after that unlock and
uncouple the lower links.
On the hydraulic
•
Do not connect the hydraulic hoses until the
hydraulic system in the tractor and in the
machine is depressurized.
•
The hydraulic system is under high pressure.
All pipes, hoses and fittings should be
inspected regularly for damages and leaks.
•
Repair damages immediately. Splashing oil
may cause injuries or fire.
•
In case of injury, seek medical attendance or a
doctor immediately!

•
To avoid accidents caused by unintentional or
foreign persons (children, co-driver) who may
activate the hydraulic, the control units has to
be secured and locked when they are not in
use or in transport position.
Climb up
When climbing on the machine don' t step on tires,
the roller or other rotating
you can get badly injured in consequence of falling
down.
Three-point-kinematics
When coupling machines with a three-point hitch you
need to pay attention to the virtual pull point, it' s the
imaginary intersection point of the lower links and
the top link. In working position the lower links must
be horizontal and the top link in case of rear-
mounted must rise 20-25cm towards the machine, in
case of front-mounted the top link must rise 5-10cm
towards the machine. So that the ideal pull point is
under the rear axle. This guarantees that no tractor
weight is transferred to the machine and damage
caused by overloading is avoided. Thus the tractor
can work with full traction and minimum of fuel
consumption and the steerability is maintained.
