Maintenance and Service Works
The device and its accessories should only be cleaned on the outside
with a soft, dry cloth or brush only. Never use aggressive cleaning
agents or chemical solutions as liquids penetrate the device or the sur-
face of the housing could be damaged and health-endangering or
explosive vapours could arise.
Check the technical safety of the quad processor and the connected devices at
regular intervals. Pay attention to damaged cables or housings. Even in case of a
sudden loss of function or after a longer storage under adverse conditions or impro-
per transport you should assume that the safe operation is not possible any longer.
In this case, the device is to be taken out of operation and secured against uninten-
tional operation. Disconnect the power supply in any case.

Environment Information

If the device or one of its accessories is not working properly any longer and a repair
is not possible, please observe the general valid statutory provisions for disposal.

Disposal of Flat Batteries/Accumulators

You, as the ultimate user, are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to
return all used batteries/accumulators. Disposing of flat batte-
ries/accumulators in the household waste is prohibited!
Batteries/accumulators containing hazardous substances are marked
by the symbols alongside. These symbols also indicate that it is prohi-
bited to dispose of these batteries in the household waste. The desi-
gnations for the decisive heavy metals are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mer-
cury, Pb = lead.
You can hand in your used batteries/accumulators at the official
collection points of your community at no cost or everywhere where
batteries/accumulators are sold.
You thus fulfil the legal requirements and make your contribution to
the protection of the environment!
