If the connecting and installation cables are
•
higher than 1000 mm from the floor in the sauna
or inside the sauna room walls, they must be
able to endure a minimum temperature of 170 °C
when loaded (for example, SSJ). Electrical
equipment installed higher than 1000 mm from
the sauna floor must be approved for use in a
temperature of 125 °C (marking T125).
3.5.1. Electric Heater Insulation Resistance
When performing the final inspection of the electrical
installations, a "leakage" may be detected when
measuring the heater's insulation resistance. The
reason for this is that the insulating material of the
heating elements has absorbed moisture from the
air (storage, transport). After operating the heater
for a few times, the moisture will be removed from
the heating elements.
Do not connect the power feed for the heater
through the RCD (residual current device)!
3.6. Installing the Heater
See figure 6.
1. Lead the cable from bottom of the heater
through the heating element cage to the
heating element module. Connect cables to the
heating element module ( 3.5.).
2. Put the heating element module into its place.
Check that the cable won't get stuck between
the heating element module and the heater
body. Place the cover of the heating element
cage in its place.
3. Place the heater and adjust the heater
vertically straight using the adjustable legs.

Falls der Anschluss oder die Montagekabel höher
•
als in 1000 mm Höhe über dem Boden in die Sau-
na oder die Saunawände münden, müssen sie
belastet mindestens eine Temperatur von 170 °C
aushalten (z.B. SSJ). Elektrogeräte, die höher als
1000 mm vom Saunaboden angebracht werden,
müssen für den Gebrauch bei 125 °C Umge-
bungstemperatur zugelassen sein (Vermerk T125).
3.5.1. Isolationswiderstand des Elektrosaunaofens
Bei der Endkontrolle der Elektroinstallationen kann
bei der Messung des Isolationswiderstandes ein
"Leck" auftreten, was darauf zurückzuführen ist,
dass Luftfeuchtigkeit in das Isolationsmaterial der
Heizwiderstände eingetreten ist (bei Lagerung und
Transport). Die Feuchtigkeit entweicht aus den Wi-
derständen nach zwei Erwärmungen.
Schalten Sie den Netzstrom des Elektrosau-
naofens nicht über den Fehlerstromschutz-
schalter ein!
3.6. Installation des Saunaofens
Siehe Abb. 6.
1. Führen Sie das Kabel von der Unterseite
des Ofens durch den Heizelement-Käfig zum
Heizelement-Modul. Schließen Sie die Kabel
an das Heizelement-Modul an. ( 3.5.).
2. Platzieren Sie das Heizelement-Modul an der
vorgesehenen Stelle. Achten Sie darauf, dass
das Kabel nicht zwischen dem Heizelement-
Modul und dem Ofenkorpus eingeklemmt
wird. Bringen Sie die Abdeckung des
Heizelement-Käfigs an.
3. Richten Sie den Ofen mit den verstellbaren
Füßen lotrecht aus.
