SAUTÉ/STEW/STEAM/SLOW COOK
Press the appropriate button and if you do not change the stored values, the program will start
automatically. To change the cooking temperature, press the "TEMPERATURE/TIME" button and turn
the center knob. Confirm the entered value by lightly pressing the central rotary control. Press the
"TEMPERATURE/TIME" button again and turn the center knob to change the cooking time. Confirm the
set values by lightly pressing the central rotary control. The selected program starts automatically.
DELAY
Use this function for a delayed start of cooking. For example, press the "SLOW COOK" button and after
adjusting the values of this program, press the "DELAY" button. Use the center rotary knob to adjust
the "delayed start" time, then confirm the setting by lightly pressing the center rotary knob.
The selected program starts automatically.
KEEP WARM/CANCEL
In "Standby mode", press the "KEEP WARM/CANCEL" button and use the center rotary knob to set the
time to keep the temperature of the cooked food. You can stop cooking at any time by pressing the
button "KEEP WARM/CANCEL" and the appliance will then switch back to "Standby mode". If you press
button "KEEP WARM/CANCEL" again, you will switch the appliance to "Keep warm" mode.
MANUAL
Press the "MANUAL" button and if you do not change the stored values, the program will start
automatically. To change the temperature setting, press the "TEMP/TIME" button and turn the center
knob. Confirm the set value by lightly pressing the central rotary control. Press the "TEMP/TIME"
button again and turn the center knob to change the cooking time setting. Confirm the set values by
lightly pressing the central rotary control.
