For a fall arrest harness to be totally efficient, it must be properly adjusted
(not too tight or too loose, and thigh straps must be in a horizontal position
on the legs). Please note: harnesses made of elasticised webbing require a
tighter fit.
Once your harness is adjusted, check that no webbing is twisted or crossed
over, that all the buckles are correctly attached and that the back 'D' is
situated at the level of the shoulder blades.
For optimum safety, do not hesitate to seek help.

WHILE IN USE

Protect your PPE against all risks associated with the work environment:
thermal, electrical, or mechanical shocks, acid splashes, sharp edges, etc.
While in use, regularly inspect the adjustment and/or attachment elements.
If your harness has been subjected to a fall, your PPE must be withdrawn
from service and returned to the manufacturer or a qualified repair center for
inspection or disposal.
