Malfunctions
In the event of a malfunction, a faulty device or a suspected defect following

a fall, have the device checked by Service and repaired, if necessary.
CAUTION! Only Service is permitted to perform repairs on the device.
Incorrectly performed repairs can pose a hazard to the user.
If repairs are performed incorrectly, liability for any damage can no longer be

accepted. In this case, all warranty claims will also be forfeited.
Care and cleaning
Always pull out the mains plug before cleaning the device.

WARNING! Never immerse the device in water or other liquids, or wash it
under running water. Risk of short circuit and electric shock!
Clean the housing and cable with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Never touch the connection sockets and battery clamps and never clean with
■
a damp cloth.
WARNING! Avoid wetting the buttons and other electrical parts.
CAUTION! Do not use sharp, abrasive objects or corrosive chemicals.
