Observation

Possible causes
The wiring is incorrect.
The drive is in thermal protection
mode. The thermal protection of the
S&SO-RS100 AIR io takes account
of several parameters and can thus
be triggered to protect it without the
temperature of the tube being high.
The io-homecontrol® control point
battery is low.
The control point is not compatible. Please contact a Somfy representative.

and raise it, restraining it slightly with your hand
(without stopping it) for 5 s. Then return it to
its lower position. The next time it moves, the
roller shutter will have identified its direction of
rotation.

lower end limit before being raised again.
