Problem

Solution
Set a higher temperature.

Switch off FastFreeze
function manually, or wait
until the function deacti‐
vates automatically to set
the temperature. Refer to

Let the food products tem‐
perature decrease to room
temperature before stor‐
age.
Store less food products at
the same time.
Open the door only if nec‐
essary.

Make sure that there is
cold air circulation in the
appliance. Refer to "Hints
and tips" chapter.
To exit the demonstration
mode, press and hold the
OK button for approximate‐
ly 10 seconds until you
hear a long sound and the
display turns off for a short
time.
