Lege den Schirm mit dem Obersegel
nach unten so auf den Boden, dass die
Anströmkante von dir weg zeigt.
Ziehe den Piloten beim Aufziehen des
Schirms zu dir. Versuche nicht, den
Schirm nach oben zu reißen. Das zwingt

ihn in einen Sackflug und er steigt
schlechter.
(B)
Halte den Piloten stets unter dem
Schirm. Wenn der Schirm ausbricht.
führe den Piloten nach. Versuche nicht,
den Schirm „in Position zu zerren". Das
funktioniert nicht!

Place the glider on the ground with the
upper sail down and the leading edge
pointing away from you.
(A)
Pull the pilot towards you when inflating
the wing. Do not try to pull the glider
upwards. This forces it into a stall and
makes it climb worse.
(B)
Keep the pilot under the glider at all
times. If the glider breaks out, bring the
pilot back below the wing. Do not try to
„force the glider into position". This does
not work!
