Proper use of the treadmill
Warning: Do not stand on the tape until the treadmill starts.
Before starting the treadmill, always stand on the side rails, walk on the tape when the
treadmill has started the tape.
The treadmill can achieve high speed. Always start at low speed and adjust the speed
in smaller increments to achieve high speed.
Never leave the treadmill unattended when in operation. When not in use remove the
safety key, set the on/off switch to On/Off and remove the plug.
