To the extent possible; avoid wearing long-sleeved sweaters or long trousers in
polyester or other artificial fibre during training. This can generate static electricity that
can damage the components of the treadmill or cause unpleasant shocks in contact
with the steel frame.
Do not wear loose clothing that can get stuck in the drivetrain. Wear suitable shoes and
make sure they are completely clean. The use of shoes with a coarse pattern should
not be used due to wear.
Do not stand on the ribbon when starting the treadmill. Stand with your legs on the side
of the tape as it starts.
Children or animals must not use the treadmill unattended, nor should they be nearby
when the treadmill is in use by others.
The treadmill should not be used by persons weighing more than 130 kg. The user's
weight can affect the functions and performance of the treadmill, as well as lead to
additional wear even if the maximum weight has not been exceeded.
Never insert objects into the treadmill.
