Do not place any heavy objects on
the device.
INSERTING / CHANGING
BATTERIES
Before inserting the batteries, check
whether the contacts are clean and clean
them if necessary.
1. Press down and remove the battery
compartment cover.
2. If necessary, remove the used
batteries and insert four new
batteries (1.5 V, AA) into the battery
compartment (16). Pay attention to
the correct polarity (+ / –).
3. Slide on the battery compartment
cover until it engages.
Replace the batteries when the power of
the device starts to wane.
USE
Please Note!

The device must always be switched
off when it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling,
filling or emptying the water tank or
cleaning the device.
■
Do not suck up large amounts of
water at once. Only use on vertical
surfaces.
■
Do not open either of the two water
tanks during use!
■
Empty the dirty water tank after
each use or when the MAX marking
is reached (see the "Cleaning and
Storage" chapter).
IMPORTANT: Do not overfill the dirty
water tank!

There may be residues in the
fresh and dirty water tanks. This
can be attributed to quality
checks and does not constitute
a defect with the device.
1. Push the cleaning attachment (4) as
far as it will go into the suction open-
ing (5).
2. Attach the cleaning cloth (1) to the
cleaning attachment using the hook
and loop fastener.
3. Fill the measuring cup (3) with water
and a little window cleaning agent if
necessary.
4. Pull the sealing cap (11) out of the
fresh water tank (12).
5. Hold the device horizontally and pour
the liquid from the measuring cup into
the opening of the fresh water tank
(Picture D).
NOTICE: Do not pour more than
100 ml (one full measuring cup) into
the fresh water tank!
6. Push the sealing cap as far as it will
go into the opening of the fresh water
tank.
7. Spray the surface which is to be
cleaned: Hold the device vertically with
the cleaning attachment at the top,
direct the spray nozzle (10) towards the
surface and press the spray button (7)
(Picture E).
8. Turn the device around, spread the
liquid with the cleaning cloth and
dissolve the dirt (Picture F).
9. Turn the device around again and
switch on the suction function: Press
the
On / Off switch (6).
10. Hold the device by the handle (8),
place the scraper lip (17) on the wet
surface and pull it slowly from top to
bottom by applying gentle pressure
(Picture G). Hold the device vertically
and do not press it on too firmly!

To prevent streaks from forming,
do not allow water residues to dry
in the air.
