12. Disclaimer of warranty

The warranty/guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects as well as defects that occur du-
ring normal use.
We assume no liability for consequential damages:
• Damage due to non-observance of the safety instructions or the manual.
• Extraordinary stress or external influence
• Modifications/repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.
• Damage caused by loss of control over the model or due to batteries not being fully charged.
• Wear parts and normal wear
• Optical impairments
• Water damage if „Water Resistant" instructions are not followed.
• Transportation, shipping or insurance costs
• Costs for proper disposal of the product as well as set-up and re-set-up work performed by the
service department.
• Damage caused by use on wet, snowy, slushy surfaces.
Batteries are subject to an aging process that is strongly dependent on the usage profile.
Brushed engines have a limited life expectancy, which is strongly dependent on the amount of use.
For this reason, the vehicle must be allowed to cool down after each battery charge until all the
components have room temperature again.
