RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT

Resistance adjustment instruction:
This rowing machine has total 10 levels resistance, users can select the intensity (rowing difficulty)
RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
from L1 to L10 (standard setting: L10 = difficult) with the gearstick lever. The resistance segments
will also be displayed on the screen of computer.
Your rowing machine offers a 10-step resistance adjustment (L1 = light to L10 = heavy). You can adjust the resis-
tance using the control lever. The set resistance level is also shown on the computer display:
