STEP 3
Step 3:
1. Secure the seat (6) to the slide carriage (7) with 2 screws (16) and 2 washers (12).
1.Attach the Seat NO.6 to the Sliding seat NO.7, tighten with 2 Flat washer NO.12 and 2 Allen bolt N
2. Place the unit consisting of the sliding carriage (7) and seat (6) on the running rail (18). This should be able
to slide freely.
2.Sliding the Seat to the Aluminum rail tube NO.18.
What are the metal hooks for?
The metal hooks included in the scope
of delivery (attached to the rear stand) are used
for extended training. With the hook set, you can expand
your device with the optionally available
resistance band set (SF-2970) for a variety of additional exercises.
