10.3 Use of the protection shield

• In order to prevent possible damages from UV radiation,
use the orange protection screen.
1. Use the provided screwdriver to loosen the fixing screw ①.

2. Place the round ring of the protective screen on the micro-
scope objective. (Fig. 34)
3. Tighten the fixing screw. (Fig. 35)
