Insert SIM card
Open the upper part approx. 90°, insert the SIM
card into the guides of the holder.
Ensure that the SIM card is in
the correct position.
Close
Push the SIM holder slightly in the direction of
the arrow (LOOK) until it engages.

6.4.2 Antenna and antenna cable lengths

6.4.2.1 Assembly instructions
The antennas used in the RFW-4000 GSM/GPRS/4G correspond to one antenna
for the frequencies used by the GSM terminal. This achieves a gain of 0 dB. In
principle, it is possible to consider relocating the antenna site if the reception of the
RFW is poor. However even in the event of relocation, the signal strength should
be checked with a mobile phone. Please note that fluctuations in signal quality
may occur due to weather conditions and that appropriate trial operation is also
advisable here. When converting the antenna, the applicable VDE regulations for
antenna construction must be observed. If it is necessary to replace the antennas
with antennas with special reception characteristics, this should be discussed with
the radio specialist dealer in order to avoid unnecessary costs and effort.
When using and installing remote antennas, the VdS requirements must be
observed.
