Mounting The Accumulator Pack - Novoferm N-423 Accu Bedienungsanleitung

1. To move the garage door, manually pull on the pull cord (I) on the carriage.
2. Disconnect the carriage from the toothed belt or the chain.
3. The garage door can now be moved manually.
4. To operate the gate manually for a longer period of time, you can insert the
locking pin (II) into the carriage (III) in the bore provided for this purpose. To
restore normal operation, loosen the locking pin (II).

Mounting the accumulator pack

Follow the instructions as shown on the Instruction poster.
Step Installation
1 Ensure that the distance between drive head and accumulator pack does not exceed 2 m.
2a Option: Hanging up the accumulator pack on the lateral rail
2b Mount the accumulator pack holder behind the lateral rail. Ensure that the screw head
points to the inside (towards the running surface of the rail).
3a Option: Hanging up the accumulator pack on the side wall
3b Mount the accumulator pack holder to the wall with appropriate plugs and screws.
4 If necessary, charge the accumulator pack according to the chapter "Charging the
accumulator".
5 Place the accumulator pack on the holder and connect it to the drive head.
