information and services, regardless of

Availability of the appropriate tele-
phone network (GSM network)
SMS service (Short Message Service)
must be enabled
The call blocking function on the data-
enabled SIM card must not be activat-
ed
The SMS centre telephone number
must be entered (phone number for-
mat, e.g. for Germany: +4917 ...)
