8.1. Warranty

The frame comes with a 2-year warranty by default and for the battery we offer a 5-year warranty.
Terms of use and maintenance described in this manual are part of the intended use. QWIC or
the dealer accepts no liability or warranty if EPAC is not used conform intended use, when safety
regulations are not observed, maintenance advise is not followed, technical repairs are not
executed properly, components are not conformed to technical specification, mounted wrong or
when there are damages to the EPAC due to accidents. Full warranty terms and conditions can be

Improper use of the bike can put yourself and others at risk. With improper use, warranty
will expire as well.

Do not use any other battery with your e-bike than the one provided by QWIC.

Maintenance check-ups for your e-bike can always be requested at your QWIC dealer.

By replacing type-approved components with different models, the type-approval is
cancelled for the entire bike. Only allow your dealer to replace components on your bike with
QWIC genuine parts. Don't tune or modify any components regarding the e-bike. Modifying
components can result in injuries and will void with the warranty. Users of this e-bike are
responsible for any damages resulted by modifications.
