Do not use any other battery than the one
provided by QWIC.
For maintenance checks on your electric bicycle
you can always go to your QWIC dealer.
Warranty
There is a 5 year warranty for the frame. There is 2
years product warranty for the electrical components.
On all battery types there is a 2 year warranty. The
warranty terms and conditions can be found on the
website.
