7.1. Troubleshooter

Problem Answer
My e-bike does not
Check if the battery is inserted correctly by removing it and placing it back in. Check
switch on
if the battery is fully charged. Check if any visible cables are not connected. If the
problem persists, please contact your dealer.
If any of the lights don't switch on, please switch off your e-bike and switch it on
The lights are not
again (if needed, take out the battery shortly). Check if any light cable could be
switching on
disconnected or cut. If the problem persists, please check with your dealer. In the
meantime, please install a temporary light. Remember, safety first!
My battery suddenly
If your battery level is below 15%, it may not be able to deliver full support. If you
