5.2. Gears

Shimano gear hubs
The Mira is equipped with a Shimano Nexus 7 gear hub. It is a 7 gear, low
maintenance hub that provides you with a gear rati o of 240%. You can easily
change gears by rotati ng the gear shift er.
Gearsensor
QWIC Mira Tour has a powerfull mid-motor and therefore the Shimano
geared hub is equipped with a gearsensor. The purpose of this sensor is to
cut off the motor power for a split second to make sure no power is applied
to the hub while shift ing. This will increase the lifespan of your gears.

5.3. Front fork

Your e-bike is fi tt ed with an adjustable front suspension. The 'preload' setti ng
needs to be adjusted to the driver's weight. If you feel that the suspension is
not sti ff enough for your purpose, you can increase the sti ff ness by turning
both knobs clockwise.

5.4. Seatpost suspension

It is also possible to adjust the spring load of the seatpost suspension. First
loosen the seat clamp and take the seatpost out of the frame. The silver bus
on the bott om side of the seatpost can be rotated in the black outer tube to
adjust the suspension. Use an Allen key and rotate clockwise to ti ghten the
suspension or rotate counter-clockwise to loosen the suspension.

Please make sure that the silver bus never protrudes the edge of the
black outer tube. If the silver bus is loosened too far, it can break loose
due to pressure from the spring.
