7.3.
PIPE CONNECTION OF THE EXHAUST FAN WITH
HEAT RECOVERY MODULE
The pipe installation provided by customer to the pipe connection
nozzles must be carried out by a qualified fitter.
The pipe connection nozzles in the exhaust fan with heat recovery
module are designed in such a way that the pipes can be adapted to the
customer's requirements and allow a connection from the right as well
as from the left. For all subsequent work steps, the upper half of the
condensate trough, the drainboard , must be disassembled.
To prevent freezing of the pipes outdoors, they must be insulated
according to current standards and guidelines. If insulation is carried
out in the tube bundle, it can be assumed that the condensation line
is protected adequately by the pipes of the inlet and outlet before
icing. Should any deviations occur on the part of the customer, the
condensation line should be kept free of ice with a separate electric
heating system.
7.3.1. CONNECTION OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER
Before start-up operations the complete circuit must be
pressed down and checked for leaks. After filling the
fluid circuit properly, the complete pipe system has to be
vented.

Change of the junction points:
· Unloose the screws on the connection cover
the pipe seals off.
· Unloose the screws of the blind cover
· Unloose the pipe couplings at the flow

and pull off the pipe ends from the pipe connection
nozzles according to flow and return.
· Transfer the pipe ends to the required side of the junction
points.
· Connect the pipe ends, according to flow and return, with the
pipe connection nozzle and tighten the pipe couplings

hand-tight.
· Align the pipe ends and tighten the pipe couplings
· Attach the blind cover
points.

CONDUITE DE CONNEXION DU VENTILATEUR
D'EXTRACTION AVEC MODULE DE RÉCUPÉRATION
DE CHALEUR.
L'installation de la conduite fournie par le client aux buses de
raccordement doit être effectuée par un installateur qualifié.
Les buses de raccordement de conduite au ventilateur avec module de
récupération de chaleur sont conçues pour que les conduites puissent
être adaptées aux exigences du client et permettre une connexion
venant du côté droit comme du côté gauche. Pour toutes les opérations
suivantes, la moitié supérieure du bac à condensats, la cuve de
drainage, doit être démontée.
Pour éviter que les tuyaux gèlent à l'extérieur, ils doivent être isolés
conformément aux normes et directives en vigueur. Si l'isolation est
réalisée dans le faisceau de tubes, on peut supposer que la conduite
d'évacuation est protégée de manière adéquate par les tuyaux d'entrée
et de sortie contre le gel. En cas de demande du client, la conduite
d'évacuation doit être protégée du gel grâce à un système de chauffage
électrique séparé.
7.3.1. RACCORDEMENT DE L'ÉCHANGEUR DE CHALEUR
Avant la mise en service du système, il est nécessaire de
vérifier l'intégralité du circuit afin de s'assurer qu'il n'y ait
pas de fuites. Après avoir correctement rempli le circuit de
fluide, le système de tuyauterie complet doit être purgé.

Changement des points de jonction :
· Desserrez les vis du couvercle de raccordement

· Dévissez les vis du cache
· Dévissez les raccords de tuyauterie à l'entrée
sortie

· Déplacez les extrémités du tuyau aux points de jonction.
· Raccordez les extrémités des tuyaux, en fonction du débit
d'entrée et de sortie, avec les buses de raccordement du tuyau
