SISTEMA DI SOLLEVAMENTO PNEUMATICO
PRIMO RULLO APPLICATORE
Il sistema di sollevamento pneumatico permette di sol-
levare instantaneamente la testata della macchina a
rullo qualora si verifichi un arresto della linea di verni-
ciatura. In tale modo il rullo applicatore viene sollevato
dai pannelli che potrebbero essere arrestati al di sotto.
Il sistema è essenzialmente composto da due cilindri
pneumatici A, che agiscono in spinta sul piano di sol-
levamento B delle testate di applicazione.
Il piano delle testate di applicazione B è in appoggio
sul telaio e nella parte anteriore è fissato ai cilindri A,
mentre nella parte posteriore è incernierato sulla vite
di fulcro C.
Il comando pneumatico è fornito da un'elettrovalvola.
Quando il trasporto della macchina si arresta, l'elet-
trovalvola viene attivata ed invia aria compressa ai
cilindri A che sollevano la testata.
Quando il trasporto riparte l'elettrovalvola viene disatti-
vata ed i cilindri tornano a riposo.

APPLICATOR
This system allows the roller coater head to be lifted
immediately in the event of shutdown of the finishing
line. The applicator roller is moved away from the
workpieces which might have stopped below.
The system basically includes two air cylinders A that
push lift plate B of the application units.
The surface of application units B rests on the frame.
The front part is secured to cylinders A while the rear
part is hinged to pivot screw C.
The pulse for operating the pneumatic unit is provi-
ded by a solenoid valve. When the machine conveyor
stops, the solenoid valve is energized and compres-
sed air is sent to the cylinders (A) which lift the coater
head.
When the conveyor restarts, the solenoid valve is de-
energized and the cylinders return to their rest posi-
tion.
