6.7.5 MISURA DEllA CONCENTRAZIONE DI
ACETONE
Premessa
L'obiettivo del presente lavoro è quello di controllare
e valutare ai fini della prevenzione legata all'anti-
esplosione la concentrazione di acetone aerodisperso
nell'intorno della macchina di verniciatura a rullo.
Metodi di campionamento
Sono stati effettuati campionamenti di tipo ambien-
tale per determinare la concentrazione di acetone
aerodispersa intorno alla macchina di vernicia-
tura a rullo mod. SMARTCOATER. I campiona-
menti sono stati effettuati direttamente attraverso
Microgascromatografo CP 4900 portatile interfacciato
al PC. Durante il campionamento lo strumento è stato
posizionato in vari punti intorno alla macchina a diver-
se distanze e a diverse altezze come si può vedere
della figura 6.7.5.
Metodi di analisi
L'acetone è stato determinato attraverso
Microgascromatografo CP 4900 portatile avente le
seguenti caratteristiche:
- Colonna CPSIL 5 CB;
- Temperatura colonna 40 °C;
- Gas carrier Elio;
- Rilevatore a Termoconducibilità (Micro-TCD);
- Acquisizione ed elaborazione dati STAR 5.5;
- Quantification Limit: 10 ppm.

6.7.5 ACETONE CONCENTRATION ANAlYSIS
Scope
The aim of this study is to inspect and evaluate the
concentration of acetone released in the atmosphere
around the coating machine with rollers in order to
prevent explosions.
Sampling methods
Samples were taken from the environment to
determine the concentration of acetone released
around the SMARTCOATER coating machine with
rollers. Samples were taken directly with portable
Microgaschromatograph CP 4900 interfaced with the
PC. The instrument was put in various places around
the machine at different distances and heights while
samples were being taken, as illustrated in the enclo-
sed drawing.
Analysis methods
Acetone concentration was determined with portable
Microgaschromatograph CP 4900 with the following
characteristics:
- Column CPSIL 5 CB;
- Column temperature 40 °C;
- Gas carrier Elio;
- Thermal conductivity detector (Micro-TCD);
- STAR 5.5 data acquisition and processing;
- Quantification Limit: 10 ppm.
