Troubleshooting
This section summarises the most common problems you could encounter. If you are unable to solve the
problem, contact the Consumer Care Center in your country.
Problem
Airflow from the
outlet is at a low
level.
Air purifying
performance is
not obvious and
no improvements
in air quality.
Air quality
indicator light
stays red for long.
Possible Cause
1. The plastic bag of the filter has
not been removed.
2. There are objects blocking the
air outlet.
1. Filters are not installed.
2. Doors or windows have been
kept open. Pollutants outside have
entered the room, so it will take
longer to purify the room.
3. Product is placed in a tight
space or there are objects blocking
it.

1. Remove the plastic bag.

2. Clear the objects from the air outlet.

1. Place the filters in.
2. Keep the product away from the window
unless it is closed. Keep the door closed.
3. Place the product in a ventilated area.
4. Clean or replace the filter.

1. Clean the dust sensor to restore its
sensitivity.
Refer to the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section.
2. Close the windows and door first. Turn to
high fan speed so the product can purify the air in
short time.
