Meaning: With a p range of 1.00, the dosing pump operates at maximum performance
with a deviation of the measured actual value compared to the setpoint of Δ 1. When
the actual value approaches the setpoint in the p range, the dosing performance is
reduced proportionally. Thus, for a deviation of e.g. Δ 0.5, the pump only operates with
50 % of the maximum performance.
3.3 pH limit [120 min]
The dosing time limit prevents a dangerous incorrect dosage if the electrode fails. The
value must be adjusted in line with the pool size. Example: In the event of an
accident, with a set dosing time limit of 60 minutes, a maximum of 1.6 litres of water
care product can be dosed (pump performance 1.6 l/h). Then the system switches off.
Limit appears in the display (pH); the triggered alarm can be acknowledged by pressing
the
Note: The filter runtime must always be longer than the dosing time (limit)!
3.4 Calibration of the pH probe
Since pH measuring probes are subject to a certain level of variance, they must be
calibrated for every measuring and control device. Prior to initial operation, the
protective cap must be removed from the probe. The probe must be free of
contamination, oils and greases. The diaphragm (small point on the tip of the probe)
must also be free from deposits, contamination and crystallisations. For this reason, the
glass body should not come into contact with your hands.

Attention: Make sure that the plug and cable are kept completely dry. Note: Do not
mix up connections.

Then take the probe from the first buffer solution and, if possible, rinse with water and

Attention: Do not rub the probe to dry it since this causes electrostatic charge and can
MODE
Immerse the pH probe in the pH 7 buffer solution and
start the mode in the MENU item pH calibration by
pressing the Up arrow key.

After 15 seconds, the control briefly displays the value
of the buffer solution used.
