8. Care and maintenance

NOTE
According to DGUV regulation 68, you, as the owner of
this trolley, are responsible for the annual maintenance
and inspection.
WARNING
There is a risk of crushing during trolley maintenance.
Always wear protective clothing, otherwise injuries may
occur.

8.1 Bearings

NOTE
Regularly grease the bearings since they are subjected
to strong friction forces. Use commercially available
high-performance bearing grease.
> Use a brush to grease all bearings.
> Grease the bearings of the trolley at least once a
year.

9. Warranty

You will receive a warranty of one year or 1000 operating hours for the electrically driven trolley, provided the
respective conditions are observed. Making changes to the device during the warranty period will void the warranty,
unless the manufacturer has given you written permission to do so.

8.2 Maintenance of the toothed chain

The intended service life of the toothed chains is only
reached through regular care and maintenance.
Care and maintenance intervals vary, depending
on use and degree of contamination. Make sure
that lubricating oil is used according to the lubricant
recommendations.
Recommended: NOW chain and wire rope spray,
art. no. 95 050 200-E.
The toothed chain must be examined regularly for
wear. Damaged chain links or worn sprockets must be
replaced!

8.3 Repair

Necessary repairs are carried out by JUNG according
to a cost estimate, at short notice and at a reasonable
price. Contact details can be found on the back of the
operating instructions.
