Battery troubleshooting
Fault
Charging not possible
Battery does not provide enough power.
*Balance: Plug charging device into the battery. Allow battery to charge. Remove the charging unit from the power
supply, but leave the charging unit plugged into the battery. Allow it to rest for 2 hours; this way, the voltage will
distribute itself over the various blocks in the battery. Then try to charge it again.

Possible cause
Deep discharge
Battery 100% charged
Temperature too high
Temperature too low
Other cause of error
Plugs or contacts dirty or defective
Battery capacity less than 80% of nominal
(independent of the SoC display)
Solution
Try to charge with a small charging unit.
If not possible  Service
Unplug the charging unit and allow it to
balance* for 20-30 min. Then unplug the
battery.
Unplug the charging unit. Allow it to
balance* for at least an hour; then unplug
the battery.
Temperature must be higher than 10°C.
Contact the Service department
Check the poles of the battery and clean, if
necessary. If no improvement in sight

Charge with a small charging unit, balance*
for 2 hours, and discharge the battery by
using the trolley. If no improvement in sight
