– If the accessories are used in hazardous areas (e.g. filling
stations), observe corresponding safety instructions. The ap-
pliance may not be operated in explosive atmospheres.
– Do not wedge the trigger of the gun during operation.
WARNING
– When using detergents, the safety data sheet of the detergent
manufacturer must be observed, especially the information
on personal protective equipment.
– Prior to cleaning, a risk assessment must be performed for
the surface to be cleaned to determine the safety and health
requirements. The respective required protective measures
must be taken.
– Do not spray materials containing asbestos or other health-
hazardous substances.
– Let the accessories cool down after hot water operation or
briefly operate the device in cold water operation.
Personal safety gear
WARNING
– The operator must wear protective clothing that was especial-
ly developed for the use with high-pressure water jet ma-
chines. CE-certified protective clothing made of Dyneema fi-
bre offers attested protection when using fixed or rotating
nozzles up to 3,000 bar/45K psi.
– When working or staying in the vicinity of the work area, the
following protective clothing must be worn completely:
Helmet with protective shield
Safety goggles
Capsule ear protection
Protective gloves
Protective jacket
Dungarees
Special safety boots and a middle foot protection
Safety installations
WARNING
Safety installations serve the protection of the user and may not
be modified or bypassed.
Compressed air supply
 Connect an air hose that is suitable for an operating pressure
of at least 10 bar.
 The max. admissible air pressure of 7 bar must not be ex-
ceeded.
 The air motor must only be operated with dry, clean and oiled
compressed air.
High pressure connection
 Prior to the installation, apply anti-seize installation paste
(material no. 9.892-362.0) to all threads.
 Slide the pressure screw onto the hose nipple.
 Unscrew the pressure ring left-hand threat until 1 - 2 turns are
visible.
 Slide the hose nipple with the pressure ring into the hose con-
nection.
 Screw the pressure screw into the casing and tighten with a
torque of 160 Nm.

 Connect control cable.
In order to achieve a perfect cleaning performance, the device
must be adjusted to the relevant case of application.

7 Pressure screw nozzle arms
 Adjust the speed of the nozzle bar via the adjustment screw.
 Adjust the height of the nozzle bar above the ground via the
adjustment screw.
 The setting angle of the nozzles can be adjusted in a maxi-
mum range of 15° in or against the rotation direction.
 Loosen the pressure screw of the nozzle arms and turn the
nozzle arms into the desired position.
Ensure that the opposite nozzle arms are turned by the same
angle of twist, but in the opposite direction.
 Adjust the handle to the individual operating height.
