9. TERMS OF W ARRANTY
SportPlus guarantees that the product under warrant has been manufactured from the
highest qualit materials and has been checked with the utmost care.
The operation and assembl of the product according to the operating instructions is a
precondition of this warrant . The warrant can be voided due to improper use and or
improper transport of the product.
The term of warrant lasts 2 ears, beginning from the date of purchase. f the product
ou have purchased is defective, please contact our service team within 24 months from
the date of purchase. E cluded from the warrant are
• Damage due to e ternal force.
• nterference, repairs or alterations b amateurs and b persons who have not been
authorized b us.
• Failure to observe the operating instructions.
• f the afore mentioned warrant terms are not met.
• f the defect was caused b improper use or maintenance, neglect or accidents.
