5. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
• Make sure that all bolts nuts are correctl tightened after assembl and before use.
• Clean the unit regularl with a slightl damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Do not
use an solvents to clean the unit.
• This applies to the padding and handles especiall since these parts are in constant
contact with our bod during training. ou can cover the pads with a towel during
training to protect them.
• rease the a les of all moving parts once ever one or two ears. Use an off the
shelf grease to do so.
